Crystal Microdermabrasion
This machine exfoliates the top layer of Epidermis, the dead cells,
by blowing crystals of Aluminum Oxide through a controlled vacuum.
This process is done by professional estheticians where a softer,
younger skin, as well as help in the removal of scars is achieved.
Basic procedure to do a Crystal Microdermabrasion starts with cleaning
the skin first. Skin should be free of any cream or oil, and it’s
recommended to use a rotary brush for better result. Esthetician will
roll the handle of the microdermabrasion on the client’s skin.
Aluminum oxide powder is blown on the skin and immediately vacuumed
so that fresh powder is used throughout the process. Esthetician’s
skill will play a major role on achieving optimum results.
The suction of the unit is adjusted to client’s comfort. After
the procedure, it’s strongly recommended to protect the skin
with a high SPF sunblock lotion and apply
serum or lotion to soothe the skin.
